1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Leste Clinic, hereinafter referred to as "the Company," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as "the Client."

1.2. By engaging in our services, the Client agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Services

2.1. The Company provides medical tourism services, facilitating the arrangement of medical treatments and procedures in Turkey for clients from the United States.

2.2. Services may include but are not limited to, assistance with medical appointments, travel and local transportation arrangements, accommodation bookings, and coordination of post-treatment care.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1. The Client must provide accurate and complete medical history and information to the Company.

3.2. The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary medical visas, travel insurance, and complying with all legal requirements for travel and medical treatment in Turkey.

3.3. The Client must adhere to the medical advice and recommendations provided by the healthcare professionals in Turkey.

4. Medical Services

4.1. The Company acts as a facilitator and intermediary between the Client and healthcare providers in Turkey. The Company does not provide medical services directly.

4.2. The Client acknowledges that the quality and outcome of medical treatments and procedures are the sole responsibility of the healthcare providers in Turkey.

4.3. The Company does not guarantee the success or efficacy of any medical treatment or procedure.

5. Payment

5.1. The Client agrees to pay the Company for the services rendered according to the agreed-upon fee structure.

5.2. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule outlined by the Company.

5.3. The Client is responsible for all additional expenses incurred during their stay in Turkey, including but not limited to personal expenses.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

6.1. The Client may cancel their services with the Company by providing written notice. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation.

6.2. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the Company and may be granted at the discretion of the Company.

7. Liability

7.1. The Company is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage suffered by the Client arising from or in connection with the medical treatments, travel arrangements, or accommodations in Turkey.

7.2. The Client acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with medical tourism and travel to Turkey.

8. Confidentiality

8.1. The Company will handle the Client's personal and medical information with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with applicable privacy laws.

8.2. The Client's medical records and information will be shared only with authorized healthcare providers in Turkey for the purpose of arranging medical treatments and procedures.
